INTRAMURALS 2019

Intramurals is one of the best school events we are doing every year. Why? Because this is done for us to build our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. In what way? We can built it through social interactions. We can build it while we are playing. While we are teaching our team mates. While we are leading every single events. It is not only that. We are also building our leadership. This is also done for the teachers or coaches to select the best athletes who will represent the school during the District Meet.

Last September 17-19, we have done this Intramurals 2019. Every student was encouraged to join some of the activities specially the games to be played during the District Meet. There are many events we can be part of. Like Basketball for girls and for boys, Volleyball, softball, soccer, track and field, badminton, and many more.

I was assigned to be one of the team leaders of Team 1. It was tiring because I have to ensure that all of the events have participants. I am also the assigned leader who is responsible in the distribution of t-shirts to be used in the parade. Street dance team coordinator so I gave my best in teaching them but we did not win. But at least, we enjoyed it. Also a treasurer so I’m also a water girl, and a cheerer. This Intramurals is a great one. It is our last Intrams as a junior students. It was all worth it specially to be a leader. We enjoyed every moment because we are able to share our talents and knowledge.

SMNHS Gets 1K

Sta. National High School got a thousand enrollees school year 2019-2020.

 This year has been assigned the most number of enrollees which shows that teachers' teaching skills are good.

 They prefer SMNHS as their secondary school because many successful people are graduates of this school.

Sta. Maria National High School  has 438 Grade 7 students, 381 Grade 8 students, 375 Grade 9 students and 322 Grade 10 students with the total of 1561 students.

A thousand number of students a good sign for SMNHS.

MARIAN

Sta. Maria National High School was located in Sta. Maria, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao. It was established in 1968 with the name of  Sta. Maria Barrio High School. Only to be renamed in 1973 as Potia Community High School. Again, it was renamed in 1975 as Potia Barangay High School. Finally, the school was renamed to it's present one in 1984.

 It is one of the schools who have the most number of students with 1416 junior students including Sta. Maria National High School Extension, 747 senior high school students. In total of 2263 students.

 They prefer SMNHS because of it's good feed backs. It is known as the biggest school in the province of Ifugao. Hopefully, this school will be known for it's good teachers and disciplined students.

Conquering her fears in heights. Beach is her paradise. She's the girl who captivated with the colorful world of Foods and Adventures.
